Automotive dealer, Nissan take battle to federal court
An 18-month-old dispute between Andrew Automotive Group and Nissan North America Inc. has landed in court in Milwaukee where the automaker is accusing the dealership of using a "sham transaction" in an attempt to transfer ownership of its former Nissan franchise.

Manpower shares plunge on profit report
Manpower Inc. reported Friday that net income for the second quarter fell 33 percent because of legal costs related to an investigation by competition authorities in France and comparisons with last year's second quarter, which included a large gain from a recalculation of payroll taxes. (MAN)
