Randolph County District Attorney's Office officials said Monday they have found no case of voter fraud in the June Democratic primary race for the County Commission District 4 seat, but now the fate of 10 absentee ballots with irregularities in a race decided by seven votes lie in the hands of the county's Democratic Executive Committee.
