Police briefs: Teenager shot in Saturday night drive-by
A19-year-old man was shot several times by a passing car on Pacific Street in Salinas on Saturday night. The teenager was attending a party on the 1100 block of Pacific Street when he stepped out of the house he was visiting just before midnight.
