Oil jumps as Gustav closes in

Volusia County officials say they are evacuating about 20 homes in DeBary after a sinkhole opened in a neighborhood. The Volusia County Sheriff's Office and Volusia County Fire Services evacuated homes in the DeBary Golf and Country Club subdivision on Tuesday night.
