UPDATE: Wreck involving Bibb school bus caused by driver picking up cell phone
A 21-year-old driver of a Chevy Astro Van dropped her cell phone this morning and while reaching down to grab it, drove into oncoming traffic and struck a Bibb County school bus head on, according to sheriff's deputies.
