Sioux City Council Considers Pit Bull Ban
Pit bulls could be banned from Sioux City. The City Council will review a proposed ordinance Monday that outlaws the breed inside city limits. Currently pit bulls make up only 3-percent of all dogs registered in town. But they're also to blaim for about 50-percent of vicious animal incidents.

Psychological Evaluation Ordered Man Charged in Shooting
A Winnebago, Nebraska man charged with shooting his brother will undergo a psychological evaluation. A federal judge ordered 23-year-old Derrick Bass to undergo the evaluation. Bass is charged in a 3 count indictment with shooting his twin brother on July 9th in Winnebago.
