St. Paul man found not guilty in 27 year-old murderLate Wednesday, A Ramsey County jury found 56-year old Aaron Foster not guilty of killing his girlfriend, Barbara Winn. Winn was found shot to death in the bedroom of her Maplewood home on May 8, 1981. Prosecutors said there was not enough evidence to charge Foster at the time.
