West Columbia bank the target of robbery

Trooper’s stolen gun found in traffic stop
Members of the Columbia police Street Crimes Unit were patrolling at about 7 p.m. Thursday night and stopped a vehicle in the central city on a suspected traffic violation on Austin Avenue near Garth Avenue.
