KCK duplex fire quickly doused
Firefighters quickly extinguished a duplex fire tonight in Kansas City, Kan. The fire was reported at 5:40 p.m. in the 700 block of Gilmore Avenue. The unit of the duplex that caught fire was vacant, a dispatcher said, and firefighters had the blaze out in about 15 minutes.
