Investigators say his scooter hit a curb and crashed into a light pole Tuesday afternoon. It happened just before 1:30pm at Jones and Bromley Avenue. No other cars were involved.

Employee At Marriage Bureau Under Investigation
Clark County Marriage administrators are looking into whether a Marriage Bureau employee mishandled or took money from the office at the Regional Justice Center. Officials say they are focusing on a $7 fee collected for certified copies of marriage licenses. The employee in question is currently on leave.

Police say Simone Taylor is facing several charges including murder and robbery with a deadly weapon. Police say Taylor's boyfriend and another man killed Heinz Weitfeldt in March for mistreating Taylor. Wietfeldt's body was found in his SUV in Southern Highlands.

It is in the new North Las Vegas Territory which is two miles Northwest of I-15 Highway 93 interchange. The development is called Mountain View Industrial Park. When finished it will feature more than 40 million square feet of industrial buildings and commercial space.

Sometimes it is tens of thousands of dollars worth of incentives. The silver lining is since prices have gone down so much. there are a lot of first time buyers out there who can now afford homes.

If you are a pet owner that is thinking about surrendering an animal there are special programs that can help you keep your pet. Monday, the TLC Animal rescue had about 80 pets that needed to be adopted because the rescue is being forced to close.
