Marcy motorcyclist arrested for insurance fraud
MARCY, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Marcy man has been charged after he allegedly crashed his motorcycle, arranged to buy insurance at the scene of the accident, and then filed a claim for damages, all within the course of an hour, according to the New York State Insurance Department.
