A Christmas Arts Festival will be presented at 3:30 p.m. Dec. 7 at Presbyterian Church of Wilmington, 840 Timber Glen Drive. Local talent will herald the Christmas season with instrumental, choral, solo and handbell music plus liturgical dance.
