Daniel J. Luterman, 29, was convicted of possession with intent to distribute less than 500 grams of cocaine and a quantity of Oxycontin and Ecstasy. Luterman, who was convicted of a felony in Allegheny County in 2002, was also convicted of illegal possession of a 12-gauge Mossberg shotgun.
