Police: Desormeaux “not cooperative”
Port Arthur Police Maj. Raymond Clark said Jimmy Joseph Desormeaux has been uncooperative with sharing information about his time with Summer Bourque.“Mr. Desormeaux has not been cooperative with us,” Clark said. “We have overly stressed to him that there are no warrants for him. We just want to talk to him. He does not want to cooperate at all. We’ve given him opportunities. We’ve given him several opportunities to just meet with him at some location of his naming. He has declined that.”Clark said the department has had “no cooperation” and “a set of circumstances that has heightened our suspicion.”“There is no forensic evidence to link him to her murder at this time,” Clark said.
