Court dismisses VX lawsuit against Veolia
A federal court in Indianapolis, Ind. on Monday, Sept. 22 dismissed a lawsuit to stop the U.S. Army’s process of handling and incinerating wastewater generated from the destruction of VX nerve agent, according to a press release from Veolia Environmental Services.

Emergency grant to assist dislocated Texas workers

Bailey on ‘Sara Jane Road’ says ‘Looks like a hurricane hit’
A fan in the garage spread the scent of bleach at Joe Bailey’s home on Sara Jane Road.“Oh man, we’ve got a mess. You’ll have to excuse the house. It looks like a hurricane hit us,” Bailey said about the home he and wife, Doris, have shared 53 years.
