Meat plant owner pleads guilty to fraud charges
The owner of a halal slaughterhouse in San Angelo has pleaded guilty to federal charges of obtaining loans and credit under false pretenses in Minnesota to pay for renovations to his property in Texas, the U.S. Attorney's Office said Wednesday.
