Chief David Leonardo says one of his main goals is to achieve international accreditation for his department, but in order to do that, some policies have to be updated. Authorities say someone broke into the school bus yard in the 400 block of Harvey Street, smashed four windows, and broke a side view mirror, causing an estimated $900 worth of damage.
