BELPRE - Roughly 1,200 members of the community turned out to remember the life of Alex Joy on Monday at Belpre Elementary School."Alex's passing has left an indescribable void in the loves of his family and friends," said Pastor Kent Lowther, who conducted the memorial service.Joy, 15, of Belpre, died in a car accident on Farson Street around 4:30 a.m. Friday.
