Nothing second-tier about our orchestra
On the day that The Dispatch announced the death of the Columbus Symphony Orchestra, I was saddened to read the Friday letter "Orchestra should merge with others" from Tom Hwang, who dismissed the CSO as "second-tier," and suggested that he "would rather watch a world-reknowned symphony on TV than a second-tier one live." I couldn't disagree more.
