Your burecratic military people are about as sharp as a bowling ball. It's no wonder people don't want to join the military in your country. There is no faith in the people who are supposed to be in charge of the assylum. 50 grade 5 students could run it better than the half wits that are running it now. This isn't the first stupid blunder that the paper pushers have been caught at in the military. It's really getting embarassing all these thoughtless moves.
