I own an apartment building and am very happy with H.W. Mann dumpster and pickup - I also know the city will not include businesses in their new idea on trash, also know that billing people (some of them) will under no circumstances pay the bill and then what can the city do - you can't get blood out of a turnip!!! comment by barbhughes - Apr 17, 2008 12:33 PM [GMT] [ reply ] |
