It's hard to believe that a chain the size of Wendy's is only worth $2.3 billion. Microsoft is offering $45 billion for Yahoo and Yahoo wants more, yet Wendy's, one of the world's largest fast-food chains, seems to be happy with the $2.3 billion offer.
