Faltering NY railyard plan may imperil city budget
NEW YORK (Reuters) - New York City could be on the hook for as much as $7 billion if it cannot revive the faltering deal to develop railyards west of midtown, one of the last underdeveloped tracts in Manhattan, with apartments and office towers, analysts said on Friday.
