Report: State workers traded contracts for cash, trips, lap dances
COLUMBUS — A handful of Ohio Department of Transportation employees rigged bids and steered contracts for dozens of vendors in exchange for cash, fishing and hunting trips, discounts on garage doors, golf memberships and lap dances at strip clubs, state Inspector General Tom Charles said in a newly released report.
