This is an example of a typical risk vs. benefit relationship that exists in medicine. There are risks involved with the medications and in this certain case using an antiphychotic to control mild dementia symptoms might not be reasonable. If people comming to Canada can't speak English and it isn't a requirement to come to Canada. I pity the person from another foriegn country that visits a Canadian hospital that doesn't speak a word of English and tries to get medical help. They will probably get tasered for being irate in a hospital. English has to be a way of immigrants lives. There we're very few fat kids when I was growing up in Canada, we we're all pretty active with sports. Then Canada brought in the American fast food franchises like McDonalds, Wendy's and Arby's. After that you could see kids less active because of the video game craze. The two of these together changed our way of life.
