NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Treasurys declined early Monday, pushing yields higher for a third day, after Bank of America reported better-than-expected second quarter earnings, easing the perceived risks in the financial system. Two-year note yields rose 4 basis points to 2.68%. The Conference Board's index of leading indicators is due to be released at 10 a.m. Eastern. Short-term debt in particular may be under pressure ahead of the Treasury Department's announcement of how much in two-year and five-year securities it will auction this week.
