Local landscaper turns shrubbery into holiday works of art. Benoit Van Malderen, a Belgium native, came to Jonesboro in 1999. He began creating form and shrubbery topiaries throughout Jonesboro about five years ago. This holiday season he's already brought a large scale snowman to life.
