Goodrich Pete prices offer of 3 million shares at $64
TEL AVIV (MarketWatch) -- Goodrich Petroleum Corp., the Houston oil-and-gas company, priced an offering of 3 million common shares at $64 to raise net proceeds of $183.9 million. Goodrich also gave the underwriters an option on 450,000 more shares if demand for the offering requires. In a statement late on Tuesday, Goodrich said it would use the funds to pay the balance on its senior revolving-credit line and for general purposes. J.P. Morgan is running the books for the offering. Goodrich Pete announced the planned offering on Monday after the market closed. On Tuesday, its shares fell 8.2%, or $5.78, to $64.96.
