EBay downgraded to market weight at Thomas Weisel
LONDON (MarketWatch) -- Thomas Weisel Partners downgraded eBay Inc. to market weight from overweight, saying it didn't see any improvement in the underlying fundamentals at the group in its second-quarter results.
