BEDFORD - Up-and-coming bicycle racers representing 15 countries will stop in Bedford for a Finish Line Festival as part of the American Eagle Outfitters Tour of Pennsylvania in late June. Two of the largest stages of the 450-mile race either finish or start in Bedford, said Frankie Andreu, former Olympic cyclist and nine-time Tour de France rider.
