Dolly upgraded to Category 2 hurricane
NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Dolly has been upgraded to a Category 2 hurricane and was located about 30 miles east/northeast of Brownsville, Texas, the National Hurricane Center said Wednesday in its latest advisory. Maximum sustained winds have increased to 100 miles an hour and some additional strengthening is possible before landfall.
