The boyfriend of a local woman who fell off a cruise ship to her death is back home on Friday. There are plenty of unanswered questions, but he's not saying much. The Norwegian Dawn is set to depart from Bermuda today, and will return to New York City's ship terminal on Saturday. While Mindy Jordan's boyfriend has been cleared of any wrongdoing, there are still a lot of doubts in question to her disappearance.

FORT BRAGG, N.C. (AP) - Officials at Fort Bragg say a brigade of the Army's 82nd Airborne Division will return to Fort Bragg from duty in Iraq three months earlier than scheduled.82nd spokesman Maj. Tom Earnhardt told The Associated Press on Friday the division's 1st brigade will leave Iraq in mid-July. He said the unit will be replaced by the 4th brigade of the 1st Cavalry Division, based at Fort Hood, Texas.The 1st brigade deployed last year and wasn't expected to return until September. The unit of 3,500 paratroopers is based at Talill Air Base in southern Iraq, but operates all over the country protecting convoys along the roads from Kuwait and Jordan into Baghdad.
