HONG KONG (MarketWatch) -- Macau casino operator SJM Holdings Ltd., the casino flagship of billionaire Stanley Ho, said Wednesday it will delay its planned listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange from Thursday until July 16, to give investors more time to assess a judicial review application filed by Ho's 83-year-old sister and minority stakeholder, Winnie. Investors who've been awarded shares in the initial public offer can withdrawal their applications by Friday, SJM said in a supplemental listing prospectus filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Wednesday. "The directors are of the opinion that the judicial review proceedings constitute significant new information which might be material to investors' ability to make an informed assessment of the company in deciding whether to apply for shares," SJM said in the filing.
