Mexican military targets cartel
CULIACAN -- Thousands of troops rolled into Mexico's violentSinaloa state on Tuesday to fight a powerful drug cartel run by thecountry's most wanted man, Joaquin "Shorty" Guzman, following a waveof police murders.
