NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- U.S. stock futures on Thursday extended early gains on stronger-than-expected U.S. economic growth in the second quarter. Already higher, stock index futures gained further after the Commerce Department reported the economy grew at a 3.3% annual pace in the April-June quarter.
