Not far away, outside the big room where all the print media congregates, was a replica of his 2007 Heisman Trophy."You guys are going to ask me about the circumcisions, right" said Tebow, standing on the dais at SEC Kickoff 2008. "I'm sure I'll be asked about helping perform surgeries."True. Tebow, the reigning Heisman Trophy winner, had quite the offseason. Already a rock star in SEC country, Tebow took his star overseas, taking mission trips to the Philippines, Croatia, and Thailand. There, he did do some healing, he did perform some circumcisions, and he did spread his beliefs."It's more important than football," said Tebow, who was mobbed upon entering the hotel. "I was taking my platform as a football player and using it for good."Still, he did do some training to help for the 2008 football season.Florida quarterback Tim Tebow is talking to the media right now. And in case anyone has forgotten, he won the Heisman Trophy last year - and the Gators brought it to Birmingham today. It's located on the second floor, where all the media can see."Running up mountains, running up hills," he said. "Try to train on the rocky side, a little bit. It was pretty cool. I trained in like four countries, getting ready for this year."
