WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) - Shares of LM Ericsson, Ciena Corp. and Embarq Corp. topped the telecom charts on Monday as most industry stocks moved higher. Ericsson and Ciena both gained about 4% while Embarq rose 2%. Other notable gainers included Qwest Communications International Inc. , up 1.9%, and Alcatel-Lucent , which climbed about 2% in value.
