AMR Corp, British Air, Iberia planning joint venture: report
SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- AMR Corp.'s American Airlines, British Airways , and Spain's Iberia plan to apply for antitrust immunity to form a transatlantic airline joint venture, The Financial Times reported late Wednesday on its Web site.
