YMCA offers free exercise class on day after Thanksgiving
If you want to work-out the day after Thanksgiving you can head to the Grand Strand YMCA Friday. They are hosting the “After Turkey Day Zumbathon.” Zumba is a workout based on Latin dances and music, including Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Flamenco and the Tango.
