UT Shooting Suspect Arrested
Toledo Police have arrested a teenager who they say is responsible for shooting a University of Toledo student. Desmon Tisdale, 16, was charged with aggravated robbery and felonious assault. Police say Tisdale robbed and shot 18 year old Evan Smith last weekend.
