Goldman Sachs cuts view on retailers as oil prices rise
LONDON (MarketWatch) -- Goldman Sachs on Friday cut its view of U.S. department stores to neutral from attractive and downgraded J.C. Penney and Nordstrom Inc. to neutral from buy.
