Dead Rising for Wii is not a port, there are many changes
There have been a few very well-done ports on the Wii, but a handful of them have made horrible transitions. Fortunately, no one will have to be concerned about Dead Rising for Wii being a port, as Christian Svensson has explained that the game is being reconstructed just for Wii owners. "If you like RE4 Wii's control scheme, you're going to love this. I think it's important to note: this isn't a port. This is recreated from the ground up for the Wii. So while it borrows things like story and location, there are many changes from the 360 beyond the obvious graphical ones." - Christian Svensson, Capcom's Corporate Officer/VP of Strategic Planning & Business Development

Another Nintendo Power Tease for Next Month
A new game that wasn't shown off at E3, pretty interesting. I think Nintendo Power has proven that they can bring some big exclusives, with the Wii-exclusive Sonic title being the answer to last month's teaser. What title awaits us next month!?

At least Sonic with a sword is better than Shadow with a gun. The latest storybook adventure of Sonic sees him traveling through Arthurian-inspired locations with special Wii Remote and Nunchuk controls.
