BOSTON (MarketWatch) -- Drug stocks edged higher early Wednesday as shares of Wyeth gained after it raised its 2008 financial forecast. The Amex Pharmaceutical Index and the Amex Biotechnology Index were both up marginally at 304.0 and 833.8, respectively. Wyeth shares rose almost 4% to $46.37.
